Individual Sessions
Individual therapy sessions provide a safe space for children and teens to explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work through life’s challenges. Each 45-minute session is tailored to meet the unique needs of your child or teen. Primary therapeutic interventions include:

– Traditional psychotherapy
– Play Therapy (including sand and art therapy)
– Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
– Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Current Groups
3rd-5th Grade Girls’ Group: Building Confidence and Improving Self-Esteem
Is your daughter struggling with negative self-talk, having difficulty with friendships, and lacking self-esteem? Participants will join us for a fun 8-week girls’ group that uses cognitive behavioral strategies to support them in thinking more positively about themselves! Girls will explore their strengths, their ideal vs. real selves, perceptions and stereotypes, reframing negative thoughts, stress management, and mindfulness activities. We will end with a special celebration together!

January 14 – March 4, 2026 (8 sessions)

HOW:
$85/session (Includes two 30-minute virtual parent sessions at the start and end of the program)
